Joint Meeting der Signal Transduction Society

Auch 2017 wird wieder das unter anderem vom SFB 854 getragene Joint Meeting der Signal Transduction Society (STS) stattfinden. Der diesjährige Schwerpunkt des mittlerweile 21. Meetings liegt dabei auf „Metabolism in Health and Disease“.

Weitere Informationen: The focus 2017 ‘Metabolism in Health and Disease’ will be coordinated by the DGfI Study Group Signal Transduction (Arbeitskreis Signaltransduktion, AKS). As in the former years, special efforts were made to assemble a highly attractive scientific program, including renowned keynote speakers, cutting edge workshop topics with ample space for short talk presentations. Moreover, extra time and space was reserverd for interactive poster presentations and several attractive grants and prizes will be distributed.

The recipient of this year’s STS Honorary Medal is Prof. Michael Reth from Freiburg. Prof. Reth is a founding member of the DGfI AKS and a long-term STS member. He will present his Honorary Award Lecture on Thursday, November 9, 2017.
